I used the biggest ice cubes I had...  and I like to see if I can escape my bonds... I was able to get my arm bent in there and get a hand on the ice cube to speed up melting of the one.... now next time ill tighten the elbow belt one notch... see if it keeps my hands down there, but doesn't cut off circulation...

Did it fail this time? You appeared to be stuck for longer than usual and resorted to getting your hands out from about 29 minutes in.

Apart from that: a superb video and the frustration was almost palpable.

is ice cubes in socks... socks tied to backside of armbinder... and straps have 1" welded steel rings on the ends...  once the ice cube in the sock melts. the ring can slide over and the straps are loose... works pretty good..
